This event poster is of high quality and
can be used for advertising in your
emails, Multimedia, etc.

Distribution Instructions: 

We printed 1,000 (11x17) Posters!
We're looking for vendors to hang event posters in their local area.
Would you be able to help?

1. Suggested locations for posters:
   • Laundromats
   • Grocery stores
   • Post offices
   • Banks
   • Cafés
   • Restaurants
   • As well as health food stores, yoga studios, libraries, naturopaths, energy healers, fitness studios, etc.
     
2. Our goal (with 1 - 6) is to reach new people who are just beginning to explore alternative healing and metaphysical lifestyles.
   
3. Important: Choose a small, manageable area where you can easily check (twice a month) if posters and rack cards are still up and visible.
4. Please send us a map with your chosen area circled. This helps us avoid overlap with other vendor-volunteers.
5. Let us know if you're willing to:
   • Cover additional communities you frequently visit
   • Check on posters in those areas too
6. How many posters would you like? We're printing 1,000 in total. We will get them to you or let you know where to pick them up.
7. Please respond with your poster quantity request and the map of your chosen area.

RACK CARDS

We printed 
5,000 rack cards
for distribution.
These can be handed out directly to people
or placed/pinned next to the posters for easy pickup, or placed in your office.
BUT...
They are also just the right size to carry in your purse, and easy to hand out to friends and strangers you meet on your next town trip.

Let's say you hand out ONE a day until the show, how many rack cards would you need?

Every Tuesday from 5pm to 5:45pm!
45 minutes, 4 vendors
8 - 10 minutes each person.

Costs: 60 items in the Early Bird–Gift Bags, think of an item for the early bird gift bags, so that attendees "take you home with them".

• This could be a small FREE item at your booth
• discount coupon for your something at your booth
• a discount flyer redeemable at your business
• a small item from your store taped to a business card

           ... you get the idea, right?
