Volunteer Opportunities:

Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo
Volunteer Opportunities Date: October 17th and 18th 2025
We are seeking volunteers for:

FRIDAY October 17th.

Getting Ready:
Help with measuring and marking booth spaces, with tape measure and red-tape to mark corners of booth spaces.

• 11:00 AM to 3 PM  (2 volunteers)

Helping Hand for Vendors:
Help unload where needed

• 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM (1 Volunteer)

SATURDAY October 18th.

Welcome Desk Attendants:
(1) Remove unused tables at 9am, (2) collect entrance fee or food items, (3) distribute early bird gift bags, (4) Take action photos of expo.

• 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (3 volunteers)
  
• 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM (2 volunteers)

Helping Hand for Vendors:
Help unload & load where needed

• 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (1 volunteers)
• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM  (1 volunteers)

Volunteer Benefits:

• Free entrance to vendor expo & all presentations.
• Expo Gift Bag filled with vendor donations.
• All volunteers are invited to the Meet the Vendors Dinner, Friday 10/17/2025 @ 6:15PM, Pizza Ranch. Management will pay for your meal.

Volunteer INFO Meeting:

• 10/11/2025 at 1PM, Zoom
