Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo
Volunteer Opportunities Date: October 18, 2025
We are seeking volunteers for:

Welcome Desk Attendants:
Duties: 
(1) Remove unused tables, (2) collect entrance fee & food items, (3) distribute early bird gift bags, (4) Take photos of expo.

• 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (2 volunteers)
• 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM (2 volunteers)

Helping Hand for Vendors:
Help unload & load where needed

• 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (1 volunteers)
• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM  (1 volunteers)

Volunteer Benefits:

• Free entrance to vendor expo & all presentations.
• Expo Gift Bag filled with vendor donations.
• All volunteers are invited to the Meet the Vendors Dinner, Friday 10/17/2025 @ 6:15PM, Pizza Ranch. Management will pay your meal.
